Wagler Builders began in 1993 when John Wagler turned his passion for carpentry into a full-time business. What started with small remodeling jobs soon grew into a trusted construction company serving southern Iowa and northern Missouri. John built the company on a foundation of honesty, hard work, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

Rooted in faith and family values, John has always believed in treating others the way he’d want to be treated. That mindset shapes everything Wagler Builders does, from the way they communicate with customers to the pride they take in every detail of a build.
